Streaks that respect rest
A daily check-in builds a streak. Rest days, holidays, approved leave and days outside employment freeze it instead of breaking it, and freeze tokens cover the odd miss.
Quests and challenges
Three quests a day and a weekly challenge, drawn from a pool you configure, with a bonus for finishing all three.
Daily reward
A spin or scratch card once a day, drawn on the server.
Levels and badges
XP levels and a badge cabinet, with a celebration when one is earned.
Peer kudos
Recognise a colleague against your company values from a monthly allowance, never from the giver's own points, with limits and HR reversal.
Leaderboards, opt-in
Company, department and team boards by week, month or all time. People choose to appear, see the top ten and their own rank, and HR roles are left out.
Rewards catalogue
Points are redeemed in the same catalogue as the opportunities and rewards module, with approval and fulfilment tracked.
Reports for HR
Daily, weekly and monthly active users, top earners, kudos patterns and the value of rewards owed, for budgeting and tax reporting.
