What AI HR assistant does

Live HR data

Up to 31 lookups across leave, attendance, shifts, payslips, training, reviews, assets and points, plus team and organisation views for managers and HR. Each person only gets the lookups their role allows.

Only what you may see

Every lookup runs as the person asking, with their permissions and data scope, inside their own workspace. No lookup takes a workspace or a user id as input.

Policy answers with sources

Questions about policy are answered from your published policies, knowledge-base articles and policy announcements, with numbered citations.

Drafts, never actions

It never changes a record. It can prepare a leave request with the dates filled in; the person checks it and submits it themselves.

Web and mobile

A panel in the portal and an Ask screen in the app, with streamed answers, suggested questions, sources and links that open the right screen.

English and Arabic

Ask in either language; it replies in the language of the question.

Admin controls

Switch it on or off, mask identity numbers, bank details, contact details and pay amounts before text leaves your workspace, set how long conversations are kept, and set a monthly budget.

Logged

Questions, answers and the lookups behind them are logged for the retention period you choose, and people can rate each answer.

How it runs

  • Uses an Anthropic Claude model when connected; without one, or over budget, it still answers common questions from the same lookups.
  • We do not use your data to train models.
