What Attendance, shifts & rosters does
Mobile and web clock-in
Staff clock in and out, and take breaks, from the mobile app or the portal. Each punch is stored as an exact time and shown in the branch's local time.
Branch geofences
Set a centre point and radius for each branch or site. Choose whether a punch from outside the fence is refused or accepted and flagged for review.
Shift patterns and rotations
Weekly patterns and multi-week rotations, assigned to people or teams with a start date.
Rosters with approval
Managers build the weekly roster in a grid; HR approval publishes it. A published roster takes precedence over the rotation, which takes precedence over the work calendar.
Swaps, changes and open shifts
Employees request swaps and shift changes from the app; the line manager approves. Open shifts can be offered to the team.
Exceptions and corrections
Missing punches, late arrivals and early exits surface as exceptions. Employees request a correction; managers approve it or fix it themselves.
Overtime
Overtime is measured against the scheduled shift, and the statutory daily ceiling is checked for you.
