Effective-dated records
Job, pay, grade, branch and reporting line changes are dated, so future-dated promotions and back-dated corrections never overwrite history.
Documents with expiry warnings
National ID, passport, visa, work permit and health card with expiry dates. Home and dashboard alerts start 180 days before a passport expires, 90 for a national ID and 30 for a health card, and you can change the windows.
Arabic and English letters
Salary certificates, employment, experience, NOC and bank letters in English, Arabic or both, filled from the employee record.

Changes with maker-checker
Sensitive amendments go through approval, and the person who made a change cannot approve it. Every change is written to the audit trail with old and new values.
