Pulse surveys and eNPS

Anonymity you can trust
Anonymous responses carry no name, user or time, only the day and broad groups. Results are hidden below a minimum group size, including slices that could be worked out by subtraction.
Policy library
Versioned policies in English and Arabic, as text or PDF, with an effective date and a summary of changes. Minor updates keep earlier acknowledgements; major ones ask everyone again.
Acknowledgements on record
Each acknowledgement stores the typed name, time, language and a fingerprint of the exact version read, with compliance by department and an overdue list.
HR helpdesk
Cases by category, routed to the owning team with response targets by priority, public replies and internal notes, attachments, and escalation when a target is missed.
Confidential and anonymous reports
Sensitive categories are visible only to the investigators, never to the reporter's manager chain. Anonymous reports get a private reply code, and named reporters are protected by anti-retaliation alerts.
Knowledge base
Searchable articles, suggested while a question is being typed, with helpful votes. The AI assistant can cite them too.
