What Payroll does
Configurable pay rules
Pay components, formulas and rule sets you define, grouped into pay groups with their own calendars and cut-offs. No code, no vendor ticket.
Inputs and imports
Overtime, leave, fines, advances and one-off payments flow in from the other modules or from an Excel import, with instalments tracked across months.
Maker-checker runs
Calculate, review and approve. The person who prepares a run cannot approve it, and an approved run locks before payslips are released.
Bank salary files
Generate the bank salary file from the locked run in the format your bank needs, including WPS (Wage Protection System) formats, ready to upload. Layouts are set up with each customer and checked against their bank's specification.
GL journal export
Journals by cost centre in CSV or Excel, with column layouts that match your accounting system.
Bilingual payslips
Employees see payslips in the portal and the mobile app, in English and Arabic.
End-of-service in the same engine
Final settlements price through payroll, with gratuity and end-of-service rules configured for each country you employ in.
