Per active employee per month. Each plan has a minimum billed seat count: 10 on Starter and 25 on Growth. Paying annually in advance gives a lower monthly rate.
14 days of full use of the plan you choose, for up to 50 employees, with no payment details needed.
On Starter, employees cannot be added once your seats are used, up to a plan maximum of 50. On Growth, you can go up to 10% over and the extra seats are billed at renewal. Enterprise has no ceiling.
Included in Growth and Enterprise, and available as an add-on on Starter.
Subscriptions are invoiced in US dollars, with invoices due within 14 days. If an invoice becomes overdue, your account stays fully usable for 14 days, then becomes read-only until it is paid.
Every plan can import employees and records from Excel and CSV templates. Enterprise includes guided implementation and data migration with a named customer success manager.
